DNS

ASNET-AM DNS Service is based on the redundant distributed multilayer DNS servers hierarchy, taking the advantage of multiple external links.

ASNET-AM provides either Member-Organisations or their individual employees with different types of DNS-related services:

Internal DNS Servers

• ASNET-AM internal DNS servers are configured to support recursive DNS requests resolution for all network address ranges, provided to Member-Organisations.
• Additional configuration of on-site DNS resolvers/servers for a particular memeber user can be done on demand.

DNS zone hosting

• All the hosted zones are being served by ASNET-AM redundant DNS servers infrastructure.
• ASNET-AM provides free of charge DNS names within 'asnet.am', 'sci.am' and some other owned zones.
• Hosting of additional zones on ASNET-AM DNS servers is possible too on demand
